Overview
The Member Service Representative (MSR) is a front-line role focused on delivering exceptional service while assisting members with everyday banking needs. This position plays a key role in building strong relationships and ensuring a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with account transactions and inquiries
- Open and maintain member accounts
- Process member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Support debit cards, online banking, and related services
- Educate members on products and services that fit their needs
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Support overall branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computer systems and technology
