Red Oak Credit Union Sponsors Miracle League of Tuscaloosa’s Game Day

 

Red Oak Credit Union was recently proud to sponsor Miracle League of Tuscaloosa’s Game Day, helping raise funds to bring joy, inclusion, and baseball to children and adults of all abilities across West Alabama. 

The Miracle League of Tuscaloosa provides a safe and welcoming environment for players with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and other disabilities. Every game is designed to be noncompetitive and fun, with each player paired with a volunteer Buddy who assists them at bat, in the field, and around the bases—all while offering friendship and encouragement. 

"We’re honored to support an organization that ensures everyone gets the chance to play, laugh, and be celebrated," said Red Oak Credit Union CEO Shep Lowery. 

From noncompetitive matchups where everyone wins, to spirited games with local teams, Miracle League Game Days are packed with excitement, teamwork, and smiles.
